Our style of Chile Verde is not Authentic Mexican. Ours is Colorado style. We don’t use tomatillo. We do use a hot green chile. Sometimes its jalapeno and sometimes they are the local hot green chiles from Colorado or New Mexico. Of course pork is the meat but some don’t put meat. It’s better than any other burrito sauce.
